Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and STALLZERO ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the stallzero.com website and all associated applications, services, and features (collectively, the "Service").

Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register:
You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Account Security & Two-Factor Authentication
To protect your account and sensitive data, STALLZERO implements industry-standard security measures including Two-Factor Authentication (2FA/MFA).
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring both your password and a time-based verification code from an authenticator app
You can enable 2FA in your account Settings under the Security section
We support standard TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) apps including Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, and others
You are responsible for keeping your authenticator device and backup codes secure
Mandatory 2FA for Financial Features
Access to the Accounting module and financial features requires Two-Factor Authentication to be enabled on your account
This requirement complies with financial industry security standards and our banking integration partners' (such as Plaid) security requirements
You will be required to verify your identity with a fresh 2FA code each time you access financial features, even if already logged in
This "step-up authentication" provides additional protection for your sensitive financial data, bank connections, and transaction history
Your Responsibilities
Keep your password and 2FA device secure
Save backup codes in a secure location when setting up 2FA
Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately
Do not share your verification codes with anyone
Third-Party Integrations
STALLZERO integrates with third-party services to provide enhanced functionality. By connecting these services, you acknowledge and agree that:
Google Services
You authorize us to access your Gmail and Google Calendar as specified in our Privacy Policy
We will use this access only to provide the features you enable
You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or STALLZERO settings
Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy
Booking Platforms
You provide your own credentials for Airbnb, Booking.com, and similar services
We use these credentials only to retrieve reservation data and submit required registrations
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with each platform's terms of service
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe on the rights of others
Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Impersonate another person or entity
Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
Collect user data without consent
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Subscription & Payments
Free Tier
STALLZERO offers a free tier with limited features. Free accounts may have restrictions on usage, storage, and advanced features.
Premium Subscription
Premium subscriptions provide access to all features
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
Prices may change with 30 days notice
Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial months or unused time
Refund requests within 14 days of initial purchase may be considered
Intellectual Property
Our Content
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by STALLZERO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain all rights to content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI features (meal plans, schedules, recommendations, etc.) is provided for your personal use. You own any original content you create using AI assistance.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STALLZERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STALLZERO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.
Termination

For any reason with 30 days notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data according to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Severability
